Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return and Refund

We offer returns and refunds for most items purchased on our website, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and unopened.
  • The item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item is accompanied by the original order receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Digital downloads or software products
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@nahrifallc.com with your order details (order number, name, and product purchased).
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return the Product: Once you receive the RMA number, return the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If eligible, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned product is inspected and deemed eligible. The following conditions apply:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply, especially for large or bulky items.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was shipped.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original item following the process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@nahrifallc.com. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the damaged item back, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

7. International Orders

For international customers, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that you track your return shipment, as Nahrifa LLC is not responsible for lost returns.
